1. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you use Nonsora and which features you choose to use.
Account information
When you create or maintain a Nonsora account, we may process information such as your name, username, email address, phone number, profile information, profile image, account identifiers, verification information and authentication information.
Messages and communications
Nonsora processes information necessary to provide messaging, group, community, channel, calling and related communication features. This can include messages and associated information such as sender, recipient, conversation identifiers, timestamps and delivery information.
Media and files
If you choose to send or upload content, Nonsora may process photos, videos, voice notes, documents, profile images and other files required to provide the feature you requested.
Calls and voice features
When you use calling or voice features, we may process information required to establish and operate those features, including call participants, call type, status, timestamps and related technical information.
Business features
If you use Nonsora business features, we may process information you provide for your business profile, including business name, description, opening hours, media, products or services, customer labels, bookings and business activity information.
Subscription and billing information
If you purchase or manage a paid Nonsora service, we process subscription-related information such as your selected plan, subscription status and transaction references. Payment processing may be performed by an authorised payment provider. Nonsora does not need to store your complete payment-card details when those details are handled directly by the payment provider.
Technical and security information
We may process technical information needed to operate and secure Nonsora, including IP address, device or session information, authentication events, security events, request information, application errors and information used for abuse prevention, fraud prevention and service reliability.

- Deliver messages, media and communications.
- Provide groups, communities, channels and calling features.
- Provide business and subscription features.

3. Permissions and Device Features
Some Nonsora features may request access to device capabilities such as the camera, microphone, photos, media, files, notifications or other device functions.
These permissions are requested when they are required for relevant functionality. For example, microphone access may be required for voice notes or calls, while camera or media access may be required when you choose to capture or share media.
You can manage application permissions through your device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the corresponding Nonsora feature from functioning.
4. AI Features
Nonsora may provide optional artificial-intelligence features such as smart replies, message assistance, rewriting, conversation summaries or transcription.
When you intentionally use such a feature, the content required to perform the requested operation may be processed for that purpose. Users should avoid submitting information to an AI feature that they do not want processed as part of the requested operation.
5. How Information May Be Shared
We do not sell users' personal information.
Information may be shared or made available in the following circumstances:
- With other users: information you intentionally share through chats, groups, communities, channels, profiles or other social features may be visible to the intended users or audience.
- With service providers: we may use service providers for infrastructure, communications, payments, security, email, verification, AI functionality or other services required to operate Nonsora.
- For legal and safety purposes: information may be disclosed where required by applicable law, valid legal process, or where reasonably necessary to protect users, Nonsora, Nonso Apps or others from fraud, abuse or security threats.
- Business changes: information may be handled as part of a legitimate merger, acquisition, restructuring or transfer of the service, subject to applicable law.
6. Data Security
We use technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. These safeguards may include authenticated access, access controls, secure network transport, protected credentials, signed or time-limited media access, rate limiting, account verification and other security measures.
No internet service or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their account credentials and should not share passwords, verification codes or other authentication information with unauthorised persons.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Nonsora, maintain account functionality, protect the service, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce applicable agreements.
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information, the feature involved and legal or security requirements. Information that is no longer required may be deleted, anonymised or otherwise securely disposed of where appropriate.
8. Account and Data Deletion
Nonsora provides account-management functionality that allows eligible users to request removal of their account.
When an account-deletion request is completed, personal information associated with the account will be deleted or anonymised as appropriate, except where limited information must be retained for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, legal, financial or regulatory purposes.
A public account-deletion request page will also be available through Nonsora's website.
9. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may provide rights relating to your personal information. These may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other information about how your data is processed.
You may also control certain information through Nonsora's privacy settings, account settings and device permissions where those controls are available.
10. Children's Privacy
Nonsora is not intended to be used contrary to applicable age-related laws or platform requirements. Where age restrictions or parental permissions are legally required, users must satisfy those requirements before using the service.
We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children in circumstances where such collection would be prohibited by applicable law.
11. International Processing
Nonsora may be used in multiple countries. Information may therefore be processed or stored in countries other than the country in which a user resides. Where required, we take appropriate measures concerning international processing and transfers of personal information.
12. Third-Party Services
Nonsora may interact with third-party services required for infrastructure, payments, verification, communications, AI functionality or other application features. Those providers may process information according to their own privacy terms and applicable agreements with us.
Nonsora may also contain links or content that directs users to third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party websites or services.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Nonsora's features, practices, legal requirements or technology change. When the policy is updated, the revised version will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date will be changed.
